Is it permissible to testify that a specific person is in Paradise or in the Fire?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I read in the book *Shifa al-'Alil* a narration from the Mother of the Believers, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), when a child passed away. She said: "Blessings upon you, a bird from the birds of Paradise." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
And what makes you know, O Aisha, that he is in Paradise? Perhaps Allah looked at what he was doing?وما يدريك يا عائشة أنه في الجنة، لعل الله اطلع على ما كان يفعل؟
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The pen has been lifted from threeرفع القلم عن ثلاثة
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1423Hasan (Darussalam)
He mentioned among them:
The child until he reaches pubertyالطفل حتى يحتلم
Both narrations are authentic, so I do not know how to reconcile them?
This hadith is authentic according to the two Shaykhs; Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said in it: "A bird from the birds of Paradise"; the Prophet said:
It may be otherwise, ‘A’isha, for God has created some to go to paradise, doing so when they were still in their fathers’ loinsيا عائشة إن الله خلق للجنة أهلًا خلقهم لها وهم في أصلاب آبائهم
Mishkat al-Masabih 84Sahīh (Zubair `Aliza'i)
.
The intent of this is to prevent her from testifying that a specific person is in Paradise or in the Fire. Even if it is a child, one does not testify for him, for he may follow his parents, and his parents may not be upon Islam even if they display it. A person may display Islam out of hypocrisy, and his mother may display it out of hypocrisy. Therefore, one does not testify that anyone is in Paradise or the Fire, even a child, and it is not said that this person is definitely from the people of Paradise; because one does not know the state of his parents, and children follow their fathers.
And whoever dies in a state of youth and does not follow the Muslims, he is tested on the Day of Resurrection according to the correct view. If he is not the child of Muslims but of others from among the disbelievers, he is tested on the Day of Resurrection. If he obeys, he enters Paradise; and if he disobeys, he enters the Fire, like the people of the period of ignorance.
So the correct view is that they are tested, and so it is with children. For this reason, when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the children of the polytheists, he said:
Allah knows best what they would have done.الله أعلم بما كانوا عاملين
Sunan an-Nasa'i 1949Sahih (Darussalam)
.
And what came in the Sunnah indicates that they are tested, meaning they are examined on the Day of Resurrection and commanded to do something. If they obey, they enter Paradise, and if they disobey, they enter the Fire.
The intent of this is that one does not testify that a specific person is in Paradise or in the Fire, except for those for whom the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) testified. This is a rule from the rules of the people of the Sunnah and the community.
The Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) rebuke of Aisha was because she testified with specificity; because she said: "A bird from the birds of Paradise"; for this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) rebuked her for saying this; because there is something behind this matter that may be a cause for not entering Paradise, and that he is tested on the Day of Resurrection; because his parents are not upon Islam.
As for the children of Muslims, they follow their fathers in Paradise according to the people of the Sunnah and the community. And as for the children of disbelievers, they are tested on the Day of Resurrection, and this is the truth. So whoever obeys on the Day of Resurrection enters Paradise, and whoever disobeys enters the Fire, like the people of the period of ignorance. This is the correct view, and this is the aspect of the hadith.
