Do the jinn enter Paradise?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 13958 )
Q 1: In the Qur'an, Allah the Exalted said:
And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنْسَ إِلاَّ لِيَعْبُدُونِ
[Adh-Dhariyat 51:56]

And it is mentioned in the hadiths, where the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
All my followers will enter Paradise except those who refuse." They said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Who will refuse?" He said, "Whoever obeys me will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys me is the one who refuses (to enter it)."كل الناس يدخلون الجنة إلا من أبى، فقيل: يا رسول الله ومن يأبى؟ قال: من أطاعني دخل الجنة ومن عصاني دخل النار
Sahih al-Bukhari 7280
. We know that the jinn and humans, all of us, worship Allah, since Allah promised His servants entry into Paradise. Why was the name of the jinn not mentioned with us, given that they were the servants of the Merciful? Accordingly, we ask Your Eminence for clarification and proof?

A: The correct view is that the believers among the jinn enter Paradise. Allah the Exalted said:
But for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens -وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ جَنَّتَانِ
[Ar-Rahman 55:46]
. So whoever fears the standing before his Lord by believing and doing good deeds is a believer, and Allah has promised the believers entry into Paradise. And He the Exalted said:
Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - they will have the Gardens of Paradise as a lodging,إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ كَانَتْ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتُ الْفِرْدَوْسِ نُـزُلا
[Al-Kahf 18:107]
. And His saying:
O our people, respond to the Messenger of Allah and believe in him; Allah will forgive for you your sins and protect you from a painful punishment.
[Al-Ahqaf 46:31]
is explicit in that whoever responds to the caller and believes in Allah will be rewarded with the forgiveness of sins and protection from punishment. This necessitates entering Paradise, because in the Hereafter there is only Paradise or the Fire; so whoever is protected from the Fire enters Paradise.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
