This is because it is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said regarding Allah that He said:Muwatta Malik 13:4 It is agreed upon as authentic, from the hadith of Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) .
And Muslim narrated in his Sahih from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:Mishkat al-Masabih 1727 meaning regarding the deceased. And he said: Sahih Muslim 934.
And the hadiths regarding the condemnation of matters of the pre-Islamic age of ignorance and warning against them are numerous, and success is from Allah.

Among my people there are four characteristics belonging to the pre-Islamic period which they do not abandon: boasting of high rank, reviling other people’s genealogies, seeking rain by the stars, and wailing.
أربع في أمتي من أمر الجاهلية، لا يتركونهن: الفخر بالأحساب، والطعن في الأنساب، والاستسقاء بالنجوم، والنياحةIf the wailing woman does not repent before she dies, she will be made to stand on the Day of Resurrection wearing a garment of pitch and a chemise of mange.
