Benefits of the Hadith: (Whichever woman has two guardians, she belongs to the first of them).

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In this hadith, there are benefits
Whoever among women أيما امرأة
to the end of it.
It is incumbent upon the guardians that when a proposal is made to one of them, they should refer the matter to the others, fearing that the contract might be concluded by them without their knowledge, resulting in confusion.
Also included in the benefits of the hadith is: if one of the guardians concludes the contract before the second, to whom does the ruling belong?
The student: To the first.

The Shaykh : To the first, but it is necessary that each of them be a guardian. As for if the one who preceded was not a guardian, but was a paternal cousin or a paternal brother with a full brother or the like, then his contract is of no account.
And among them is: the consideration of precedence in the Islamic religion. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded the one to whom two people call to respond to the first of them, to respond to the first of them. Precedence has a distinction in the Islamic religion, and the later one may be better, more deserving, or more entitled, but the principle is that precedence has the merit.
Then he said: "And from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Any slave who marries without the permission of his masters or owners أيما عبد تزوج بغير إذن مواليه أو أهله
Bulugh al-Maram 8:26

then he is a fornicator فهو عاهر
narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, and al-Tirmidhi, and he graded it authentic, and also Ibn Hibban"
