Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If he knew of the defect and yet did not feel repulsed, but accepted it, and then after he had consummated the marriage he saw the defect and felt repulsed... what is the ruling? I mean, he knew of the defect but did not feel repulsed?

The Shaykh : What do you say? It is said that the report is not like the actual sight. Perhaps one is content with the defect before seeing it, but when he sees it, he is unable to bear it. We say: You are the one who was negligent. We say: You are the one who was negligent. Why do you drop your right... it would have been better, yes?

The questioner : If the guardian dies while the child is still young.

The Shaykh : And what is it?

The questioner : And... upon whom does the husband return?

The Shaykh : He does not return upon anyone.

The questioner : It remains in the debt, meaning?

The Shaykh : Yes, it remains in the debt of the one upon whom it is due, yes?

The questioner : Regarding a moral defect, sometimes it is more severe than a physical defect... does he have the right to annul the marriage?

The Shaykh : He has the right to annul it.
