The factors that help one get up for the Fajr prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: What are the factors that help a Muslim get up for the Fajr prayer? It is known that he goes to bed early, but he does not wake up until after the sun has risen.

A: It is obligatory for every Muslim to fear Allah, to perform the five daily prayers at their prescribed times in the mosques with the Muslim congregation, and to strive to adopt all the factors that help him do so. Among the factors that help him with the Fajr prayer in congregation are: going to bed early, setting the alarm at the appropriate time so that he gets up for the prayer at its time, attending the prayer with the congregation, and striving to ask Allah for success and assistance. He should also recite the prescribed supplications when he goes to sleep. By doing so, Allah will grant him success, if Allah wills, to get up at the time of the prayer and perform it with the congregation.
