Is istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself) required for every wudu' (ablution)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: Is istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself) required for every wudu' (ablution)?
A: Istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself) is not required for every wudu' (ablution); rather, istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself) is obligatory for urine and feces and what is attached to them. As for the other nullifiers, such as passing wind, touching the private parts, eating camel meat, and sleeping, istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself) is not prescribed for them; rather, the lawful wudu' (ablution) is sufficient for that, which is washing the face, and this includes rinsing the mouth and sniffing water into the nose, washing the hands with the elbows, wiping the head with the ears, and washing the feet with the ankles, as in His saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the anklesيَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ فَاغْسِلُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ إِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ
[Al-Ma'idah: 6].
