What is the authenticity of the hadith: “Say to my Ummah that they should say: There is no power and no strength except with Allah”?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) says: “Say to my Ummah that they should say: There is no power and no strength except with Allah, ten times in the morning, ten times in the evening, and ten times before sleeping. This will ward off from them the trials of this world when they sleep, the schemes of Satan in the evening, and the worst of His anger in the morning.” What is the extent of the authenticity of this hadith?

A: I do not know of any source for this hadith, nor do I recall it in any of the reliable books. However, the phrase "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah" (There is no power nor strength except with Allah) is a great phrase. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) :
would you like to be guided to one of the treasures of Paradise.” l here is no might nor power except with Allah.’ألا أدلك على كنز من كنوز الجنة؟ لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله
Bulugh al-Maram 16:111
It is necessary to say it frequently at all times, in the morning and evening, and otherwise.
