Is it permissible to curse a woman who displays her adornment specifically, as stated in the hadith (Curse them, for they are cursed)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner : Shaykh, if you please, regarding the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) in the hadith about women who display their adornment:
Curse them; for they are cursed العنوهنَّ ؛ فإنَّهنَّ ملعونات
, is it permissible to curse a specific person, meaning a specific woman who displays her adornment?

The Shaykh : It is permissible, on the condition that no corruption in the earth results from this cursing, because the purpose of cursing is education, meaning the education of the one being cursed, insulted, or criticized. So if cursing, insulting, or abusing this one who violates the Shari'ah, such as a woman who displays her adornment or the like, such as an oppressor for example, results in harm, then it is not permissible.

The questioner : It is not permissible.

The Shaykh : Ah, and does this mean that cursing a woman who displays her adornment in an Islamic society is for her education, or in a permissive society like our society today, where it is not for her education from that angle, and the one cursing may bring upon himself a calamity that he cannot bear?
