What is the ruling for one who is unable to fulfill a vow of obedience?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If he is unable to fulfill a vow of obedience?

The Shaykh : Yes, if he is unable to fulfill it, then if there is a substitute for it, he performs the substitute. If there is no substitute, it remains a debt upon him until Allah heals him. If the inability is not expected to end, the matter is considered: if it is, for example, charity, or if it is fasting, it is expiated for him as an obligatory act according to the original Shari'ah. If it is prayer, the inability to perform it does not appear to be conceivable, because he prays according to his condition.

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : Yes?
