Are these qualities in a judge not innate? How did you make them a condition?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : If someone were to say, "Are these qualities not innate? Are they not innate, meaning natural dispositions? Some people are violent, some are patient, some are deliberate, and some are hasty," the answer is to say: Yes, there is no doubt that they are innate. However, they can be acquired. A person can train himself to be patient, deliberate, and not hasty, and to be gentle and soft. How many people were violent, severely violent and harsh, but through knowledge, good character, and manners, and by training themselves, they became as they should be. A person accustoms himself to this. For this reason, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, when he was told, "Advise me," he said, "Do not get angry."
