Does one who seeks ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) fall outside the seventy thousand?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Does one who seeks ruqyah (healing by Qur'anic recitation) fall outside the hadith?

Answer:
No, no. Allah increases the seventy thousand by another seventy thousand. They do not fall outside of them; because the basis in this matter is leaving what Allah has forbidden and fulfilling what Allah has made obligatory. However, this is part of perfection and does not cause one to fall outside the seventy thousand, even if one seeks ruqyah out of need or undergoes cauterization out of need; because this is part of their perfection.
