Is there a specific duration for shortening the prayer while traveling?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
If he intends to shorten, for how many days?
As long as he is traveling, even if the duration of the trip is long, he shortens, unless he stays for a temporary residence, intending to stay for more than four days, in which case the majority of scholars say he completes the prayer.
And Ibn 'Abbas said: If we stay for nineteen days, we complete the prayer; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stayed for nineteen days in Makkah in the year of the Conquest.
And some scholars said: As long as he is a traveler, he shortens absolutely until he returns to his homeland, as long as travel confines him and he has not resolved to stay.
But the best and most cautious course is: if he resolves to stay for more than four days, he completes the prayer, following the opinion of the majority.
