What is the ruling on taking the hady outside of Makkah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Regarding the companies that take the hady and transport it outside the Kingdom?
It is sufficient, but it is better and more preferable for him to slaughter the udhiyah in his own country so that he can feed his neighbors and his family. As for the hady that is obligatory due to a prohibited act or the omission of an obligatory act, it is slaughtered in Makkah for the poor among the pilgrims. As for the udhiyah, voluntary gifts, and the hady of tamattu' and qiran, he may eat from it and feed others, whether in Makkah or elsewhere.
