Can the traveler combine prayers before reaching the town by half an hour?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A traveler is left with half an hour or a third of an hour until the adhan for entering the city. Can he combine Maghrib and Isha?

Answer:
He may combine Maghrib and Isha, and Zuhr and Asr, if the time for Zuhr and the time for Maghrib have entered and he prays on the way; there is no harm in that. He may be occupied when he enters the town; he may be tired, or he may be busy. If he prays with them, the prayer is voluntary.
Q: Does he pray before they arrive, or when they arrive?
The Shaykh: He is a traveler who combines Zuhr and Asr on the way, or Maghrib and Isha on the way, even if he enters before Isha, or even if he enters before Asr.
Q: Does he pray in the city?
The Shaykh: He prays it on the way. When he enters, he prays with them as a voluntary prayer. If he does not pray, there is no blame on him.
