The ruling on one whose child died and she fears she was the cause of his death

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
One of the listening sisters says: The sender (M), our sister, is asking two questions:
In her first question, she says: I gave birth to a girl, and she was ill for nearly a month with pain in her stomach, and she kept me awake all night. One night, sleep overcame me, and after I woke up, I found that the girl had passed away. Does anything come upon me? I fear that the blanket may have covered her face, or something else. May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If you do not know of anything that happened from you that caused her death, then nothing is required of you. The original state is safety and well-being. However, if you know that you covered her face with something heavy and she died because of it, then you owe an expiation. But the original state is safety and well-being, praise be to Allah. If you do not know of anything, then nothing is required of you. Praise be to Allah.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good. She says, I fear that such and such happened?

The Shaykh : ... Nothing is required of her, until she knows that something happened from her that caused her death.

The presenter : Allah is the One to be sought for help. May Allah reward you with good.
