The ruling on one who catches up with the congregation but has not prayed the obligatory prayer before it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: If there is a person who came from a faraway place and was unable to pray, for example, the Maghrib prayer, and when he arrived home, he found that the Isha prayer was being established, should he pray Isha first, or should he pray Maghrib? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
He prays Isha with them with the intention of Maghrib, so as not to miss the congregation. He prays Isha with them with the intention of Maghrib, sits in the third unit, and says the closing salam with them. Then he prays Isha so that he obtains the virtue of the congregation. This is the preferred position, and this is the stronger opinion. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
