Question:
Likewise, His saying, the Exalted: [Al-Nisa:6] [Al-Nisa:79] [Al-Tariq:10], please explain to me these parts of the noble verses? May Allah reward you with good.
Answer:
This meaning is clear: [An-Nisa:6], [An-Nisa:81], He is the Reckoner of His servants, the Guardian over them, and the Guarantor for them. "Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs" [An-Nisa:6] [An-Nisa:81] No one can escape His power and His might. And when Allah wills something, no one can prevent it; rather, His decree is effective in His servants, both the righteous and the wicked. So He, (Exalted and Majestic is He), disposes of His servants as He wills. There is no repeller of His decree and no victor over His command. And He is Able to do all things. Yes.
The presenter : May Allah reward you with good. Are the words "Al-Shahid" (The Witness), "Al-Hasib" (The Reckoner), and "An-Nasir" (The Helper) considered among the attributes of Allah ?
The Shaykh : He is the Witness over His servants [Al-Hajj:17], knowing their conditions and witnessing them. He is the Reckoner over them and the Guarantor for them, (Exalted and Majestic is He). "Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs." He is the Guarantor and the Reckoner, (Exalted and Majestic is He). And He is the Helper. [Al-Anfal:40] Whoever Allah helps is the one who is helped, and whoever Allah leaves to fail is the one who fails. People find no protector or helper for them besides Allah. For this reason, He says, (Exalted and Majestic is He): [Aal 'Imran:160] So Allah, (Exalted and Majestic is He), holds victory in His hand, and He holds failure in His hand, and He holds giving in His hand, and He holds withholding in His hand, and He holds life in His hand, and He holds death in His hand. So He, Glorified and Exalted is He, is the Owner of all things and disposes of His servants as He wills .
The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.

وَكَفَى بِاللَّهِ حَسِيبًاAnd sufficient is Allah as a Witness.
وَكَفَى بِاللَّهِ شَهِيدًاThen man will have no power or any helper.
