The ruling on a company distributor’s disposal of the samples he distributes to customers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says in his final question: I have a brother who works in the advertising sector for a pharmaceutical company, and he receives some medicines to distribute as samples. Is it permissible for him to give some of them to his relatives, or is that forbidden?

Answer:
He is not allowed to give any to his relatives except with permission from the company. If the company permits him to give to someone, he may give; otherwise, he is not allowed to give to anyone, whether relatives or others, except with the company’s permission. If his role is merely to show the customer and let them see it so they know the medicine, then he is not allowed to give it to any person except with the company’s permission. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
