Ruling on raising graves above the ground by one or two meters

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The question: The first message in this episode is from listener Abdullah al-Harithi. Brother Abdullah has three questions, one of which says: In our village, there are graves raised one or two meters above the ground. We have found them in this state for many years, and we do not know to whom these graves belong. The cemetery area contains gravel that is used in construction. Is it permissible for us to take some of this gravel, or is it not permissible? May Allah reward you with good.
The Shaykh: Plowed?
The presenter: Gravel is a type of soil that is used in construction.
Answer: In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy. Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send prayers and peace upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance.
As for what follows: The obligatory course of action in this matter is to refer to the court so that they can inform you of what is required in this issue. The court can write to us so that we can study the matter with the court and do what is required, if Allah wills.
The presenter: May Allah bless you, may Allah preserve you, and may Allah reward you with good.
