The ruling on one who performed Hajj and stood behind the Namirah Mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
I performed Hajj in a past year, and we went to 'Arafah on the ninth day, but we stood behind the Namirah Mosque to the east, only about fifty meters away.

The Shaykh : Repeat, repeat.

The presenter : He says: I performed Hajj in a past year, and we went to 'Arafah on the ninth day, but we stood behind the Namirah Mosque to the east, only about fifty meters away, without going to the mountain. Is our Hajj valid?

Answer:
If you were inside 'Arafah... if you were behind the 'Arafah Mosque... Namirah, as you said, within fifty meters, then you are inside 'Arafah, and your Hajj is valid, and praise be to Allah, provided that you did not leave until after sunset.
However, if you left before sunset and did not return to 'Arafah, then you must offer a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Makkah for the poor; because it is obligatory for one who stands at 'Arafah during the day to remain until night, or to return after night. So if you stood at 'Arafah until the sun set, praise be to Allah, and you owe nothing; because the east of the mosque, and everything to the east, is part of 'Arafah. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
