I swore to burn something if it were found, but it was found later; what should I do?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
From the Arab Republic of Egypt, Kafr al-Sheikh Governorate. The listener: Eid al-Sayyid Salah sent a message saying: One day, I gave something to a person, and we agreed on its price. We set a specific day for the return of the price, and I went to him at the appointed time to collect the price, but he did not respond. I repeated the request several times, and one day I sat with him to discuss the matter, but he did not respond. At that moment, my nerves were frayed, so I swore an oath of divorce: "If this thing is present at this moment, I will burn it." It was not actually present, but he brought it after ten days. What should I do with it? Should I burn it? Or what should I do? May Allah reward you with good.
Answer: As long as the intention was for the present moment, if it had been present, I would have burned it, then you owe nothing; because you swore regarding the present moment, and you did not swear that you would burn it in the future. And actions are by intentions, so you owe nothing.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
The Shaykh: Yes.
