The ruling on a woman praying while adorned with gold and makeup

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Is it permissible for a woman to pray while adorned with gold and makeup?

Answer: Yes, she may pray while adorned with gold, beautiful clothes, and makeup, provided the makeup is clean and pure and contains no ritual impurity; in that case, there is no blame on her. She may pray with khushu' (humility) and with full attention to Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) says in His great Book:
O children of Adam, take your adornment at every masjidيَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِنْدَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ
[Al-A'raf: 31]. It is prescribed for the believer to pray in his adornment in the mosques, wearing good clothes and a good turban. Likewise, if a woman prays in beautiful clothes, there is no blame on her, as long as she is covered from non-mahram men; if there are no non-mahram men present, there is no blame on her, and praise be to Allah. Makeup is adornment for the face and beauty for the face, provided it does not harm it. That is, if she applies something to her face that decorates and brightens it but does not harm it, there is nothing wrong with that.
