How to call people to Allah and the conditions that must be met by the caller

Answer:
How to call people to Allah is to offer advice to people, whether through writing, or through public speaking, or through preaching in a gathering, or through the telephone or the like, on the condition that one has knowledge, on the condition that one has knowledge, due to the saying of Allah the Exalted: [Yusuf:108], and because Allah the Exalted has forbidden speaking about Him without knowledge. Therefore, it is obligatory for the student of knowledge to fear Allah and not to speak except with knowledge and insight, using good manners and good expressions, not with obscenity or harshness, but with good expressions through which it is hoped that the one being called will benefit and profit. One should seek out the appropriate times and appropriate words that they understand, speaking to each group in the language they understand, with knowledge of the scriptural evidence, and with gentleness, wisdom, and good manner.
