Whoever takes the ritual bath on Friday and goes to the mosque early is to be hoped for the great reward mentioned by the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). It is better to take the ritual bath when setting out for the mosque. As for taking the ritual bath before the dawn prayer, the recommended practice is not achieved by it. May Allah grant success.
