Warning Against Fabricated Papers Distributed Among People to Encourage and Deter

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner: Your Eminence! This paper is distributed in some government offices and forums, and it says: It is narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever is negligent in prayer, Allah will punish him with fifteen punishments, six of which are in this world, three at the time of death, three in the grave, and three that will befall him on the Day of Resurrection. As for the six that befall him in this world, they are: Allah removes the blessing from his life, Allah does not raise his supplication to the heavens, Allah wipes the mark of the righteous from his face... and so on for these six. Then as for the three at the time of death, it says: He will die in humiliation, he will die in fear...
.
The Shaykh: And so on, this is well known.
The presenter: Yes, the one who distributes it says: I was distributing it without knowing whether it was authentic or not. I ask you to inform me: if these things are authentic from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), should I continue distributing this paper?
Answer: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his companions, and whoever follows his guidance.
As for what follows:
This paper that some people distribute, which contains this hadith narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding the punishment for the one who abandons prayer, with fifteen punishments, six in this life... and so on. The scholars have mentioned that this hadith is invalid and fabricated upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and it is not authentic. Therefore, it is not permissible to distribute it, nor is it permissible to hang it on walls; because this hadith is not authentic and is not established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) pointed out in Lisan al-Mizan that this hadith is invalid, and Al-Dhahabi (may Allah have mercy on him) also pointed it out in al-Mizan, clarifying that it is invalid. Al-Dhahabi (may Allah have mercy on him) included this hadith in his book al-Kabair, and this was due to his leniency (may Allah have mercy on him). The correct view is that this hadith is invalid, and it is not permissible to publish it or distribute it among people. Rather, it is obligatory to destroy the papers that contain it; because it is a lie attributed to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and it has no authenticity. And Allah knows best.
The presenter: Well done. This is a message we received from Sulayman Muhammad al-Tamimi from Riyadh, in which he says: I was afflicted with major ritual impurity in...
The Shaykh: Before that, there are papers distributed among people and written among people, including a paper in which they write that the servant of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the servant of the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) chamber, saw a dream, and in it was such and such and such and such. This is also invalid, having no authenticity or basis. We have written a response to its author, clarifying its invalidity, that this servant does not exist, and that this dream has no authenticity, but is rather invalid. One should be aware of these lies and these things that some people distribute. Likewise, there are papers distributed by some people that mention verses and state that whoever gets hold of it should write it and distribute it to such and such, and it is not permissible for him to leave it. This is also invalid. All of it has no basis, and it is not permissible to accept these things that have no basis of truth. Yes.
