Ruling on the borrower selling the produce of his farm to the lender

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The listener (A. A. Al-Otaibi) asks: I am a farmer, and I need money to pay off my debts and to spend on this farm. So I go to one of the intermediaries and take a loan from him on the condition that I sell my vegetables to him, and he takes only his commission. What is the ruling? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If that is a condition, it is not permissible. If he did not lend you money except on the condition that you leave the vegetables with him to sell, this is not permissible; because it is a loan that brings benefit, and it is not permissible by the consensus of the Muslims.
As for if you borrowed from him and sold the vegetables to him to settle his right, without a condition, merely because you chose him to sell them and he takes his right, there is nothing wrong with it without a condition. But if the condition is that you give him the vegetables to sell, this is not permissible. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
