Question:
The Iraqi listener, 'Akal Sa'ud Danuk, sent a message containing a number of questions, among which was a question asking for the exegesis of the saying of the Truth, (Blessed and Exalted is He), I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan: [Surat al-Nisa: 10]?
Answer:
The verse is clear. It is obligatory for the guardian of an orphan to be wary of consuming their wealth without right. It is not permissible for him to consume their wealth without right. It is obligatory for him to fear Allah and to be good to them in their wealth; because Allah, the Exalted, says: [Surat al-An'am: 152]. Therefore, it is obligatory for the guardians of orphans to be good to them, and it is not permissible for them to consume their wealth without right. Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Nisa: 6]. If he is poor, he may dispose of it, trade in it, and eat from it in a moderate manner. If he is rich, let him abstain from it, except if the judge, the ruler, assigns him a known wage for his trade in it, giving him half the profit, or a third of the profit, or a quarter of the profit, or a fifth of the profit; in that case, there is no harm.
The point is that he does not consume it unjustly, for he is threatened with the Fire if he consumes it unjustly. Likewise, others are even more so; if a person encroaches upon the wealth of orphans without right, he is threatened with the Fire, even if he is not their guardian, and a fortiori. It is not permissible for their guardian, nor for anyone else, to consume their wealth by falsehood. He is entitled only to what Allah has prescribed, and what Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) has permitted him to consume with them if he is poor, and his abstention if he is rich, or what the ruler gives him, and what the righteous judge estimates for him as a wage for his care of their wealth and his labor in the orphans' wealth, or a portion of the profit if he trades in it, such as half the profit, or a third of the profit, or a quarter of the profit, and the like. This is permissible, and it is referred to the judge, to the ruler. Yes.

Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming into their bellies fire. And they will be burned in a Blaze.
