Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: {And the parable of those who spend their wealth...}

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He asks for the exegesis of the saying of the Truthful One (Blessed and Exalted is He):
And the example of those who spend their wealth seeking means to the approval of Allah and assuring [reward for] themselves is like a garden on high ground which is hit by a downpour - so it yields its fruits in double. And [even] if it is not hit by a downpour, then a drizzle [is sufficient]. And Allah, of what you do, is Seeing.
[Surat al-Baqarah: 265].

Answer:
On the apparent meaning of the verse, the Exalted makes it clear that whoever gives charity and spends in the cause of Allah, seeking the Face of Allah with truthfulness and sincerity for Allah, and with generosity from his own self, then Allah multiplies this charity for him, just as a garden yields its fruits; that is, the garden yields its good fruits when it is struck by the appropriate, good rain, and it gives its great fruits and its abundant blessings.
So the conclusion is: this man who spends out of faith, sincerity, and truthfulness with lawful earnings, seeking the Face of Allah, Allah multiplies the rewards for him many times over. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
