The ruling on a man who married a woman and then it became clear that she is his sister through breastfeeding

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A man married a woman, and she bore him children. Then, after that, it became clear that he had breastfed from her mother ten consecutive times. Does he divorce her, or does he continue with her? And do the children inherit from him, or not? May Allah reward you.

Answer:
If it is established that he breastfed from her mother by the testimony of trustworthy women, or trustworthy men, of five breastfeedings or more within the two-year period, while he was within that two-year period, then it is established that she is his sister. The marriage contract is invalid, and the children follow him. The lineage of the children is valid because they were born on his bed while she was his wife. If it appears afterwards that she is his foster sister, that does not harm him. His children are attributed to him, and they are his children and her children.
But once it is established that she is his sister through breastfeeding, or his maternal aunt, or his paternal aunt, or his brother's daughter, or his sister's daughter, the marriage contract is invalid, and the children are his children and are attributed to him, because they were born under the suspicion of a valid marriage. Yes.
