How to get rid of a bank loan taken out for the purpose of marriage

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner, who used the initials (K. M. H) as a code for his name, sent this message, saying: I am a young man who borrowed a sum from the Savings Bank, which is fifteen thousand riyals, known as a marriage loan. This loan has conditions that must be met: the borrower must be unemployed, and if he is an employee, his salary must be three thousand riyals or less. He says: I took this loan from the bank, and my salary is more than three thousand, and I received this loan based on the claim that I was unemployed, while I am actually an employee. This loan is repaid monthly without any increase or decrease. I took this loan because of some debts I had. So what should I do now, O Shaykh, and what do you advise me? My financial situation does not allow me to return the amount. May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
It is obligatory for you to repent to Allah for not stating the truth when taking the loan. It is obligatory for you to repent to Allah and seek forgiveness for not stating the truth. You must repay the loan according to the established instructions. You must repay this loan according to the established instructions of the bank, and you must strive to do so. Whether you are unemployed or an employee, you must pay according to your ability and according to the established instructions. If you are unable to do so, explain this to the bank, and the bank will look into the matter according to its own instructions. We ask Allah for success for everyone.

The presenter : O Allah, amen. May Allah reward you with good.
