Is it permissible for a woman who has an excuse on the Day of 'Arafah or the Day of 'Ashura to make up these days after she becomes pure, and if the woman is experiencing post-natal bleeding in Ramadan?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible for a woman who has an excuse on the Day of 'Arafah or the Day of 'Ashura to make up these days after she becomes pure? And if the woman is experiencing post-natal bleeding in Ramadan, then she makes up what is due from her in Shawwal, and only two days remain of Shawwal, is it permissible for her to complete the six days of Shawwal in Dhul Qa'dah?

The Shaykh : This question includes two things:
First: If the Day of 'Arafah coincides with a woman being menstruating, does she make up this day if she becomes pure?
The answer is: No, because this is tied to a specific day; if it is missed, it is lost with it, and likewise 'Ashura.
As for the second thing included in the question: it is the woman who has to make up Ramadan and is unable to fast the six days of Shawwal until after that. We say that she will receive the reward, because these six days are attached to Ramadan, so they are like the regular voluntary prayers attached to the obligatory prayers. So we say that if the woman is unable to fast Ramadan and the six days of Shawwal in Shawwal, then she makes up the six days along with making up Ramadan.
