Ruling on a latecomer interrupting the final tashahhud for a new congregation

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: O His Eminence, Shaykh Abdul Aziz, if I enter the mosque and find the imam in the sitting of the final tashahhud, and after I stand up to complete the prayer I see a new congregation, is it permissible for me to interrupt this standing and join the new congregation for prayer?

Answer:
There is no blame on you for doing so; because this interrupts what is better, which is praying with them. If you complete it, there is no blame. If you complete it, there is no blame, and if you interrupt it and go with the congregation, that is better; because of the performance of the prayer in congregation. Yes.
