Answer:
The one who suckled from your mother, among your maternal cousins, five times or more, becomes a brother to all of you. The one who suckled from your mother, whether before you, with you, or after you, five times or more within the two-year period, provided he was within that two-year period, becomes a brother to all of your mother’s children and all of your father’s children, if he was suckled while you were with your father. It is all the same, whether this nursling was before you, after you, with you, with your older brother, or with your older or younger sister; it is all one.
As for if you suckled from his mother, then you are only his sister.
