The ruling on one who cuts his hair at the beginning of the Sa'y out of ignorance

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner Ali Saleh from Jeddah says: Your Eminence! I came from one of the neighboring countries for the purpose of work in the month of Rabi' al-Awwal of last year, and on my way to Riyadh I performed the 'Umrah. However, while performing the Sa'y between al-Safa and al-Marwah, I cut my hair after the first lap, then I completed the remaining laps. I did not know about this until I returned to Jeddah. What is the ruling on my action, given that I was completely ignorant of this?

Answer:
This action is not permissible, but due to ignorance, it does not harm you. If you cut your hair at the beginning of the Sa'y, it does not harm you because of ignorance.
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.رَبَّنَا لا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
[al-Baqarah:286] You owe nothing. However, you must cut your hair after the Sa'y with the intention of the 'Umrah. If you have not cut your hair until now, then you must cut your hair with the intention of the previous 'Umrah, and you owe nothing due to ignorance or forgetfulness. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you.
