Ruling on leaving the Friday prayer for the sake of guarding

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner is Egyptian and resides in the Kingdom. He says, "Your Eminence, I work as a security guard for equipment at a company, alone in the shop. There is a mosque for prayer located three kilometers from our shop. Should I leave the shop, or my place of work, and go to pray in the mosque? Or should I pray the midday prayer in my shop?"

Answer:
If you are ordered to guard and you fear for the shop, do not go; pray in the shop. However, if there is no danger to the shop, and it is a place that can be locked, and you can go, pray, and return, then go and pray with the people. But if there is danger to the shop, and you are constantly ordered to guard until the time of prayer, then you are excused; pray in your shop.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, O Shaykh.
