The Shaykh’s discussion with the students regarding seeking the assistance of disbelievers.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh: Especially since he is with us regarding seeking the assistance of disbelievers!
The student : Yes.

The Shaykh: That he should add.
The student: Not seeking assistance!

The Shaykh: No, that he should add a phrase that fits his speech.
The student : Yes.

The Shaykh: For example, he was a veteran expert in the path, so I wished, but this impromptu answer does not hold him accountable, meaning, the biggest one among us must miss something.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh: The important thing is that I wished he had added to that, especially since there is no fear of his treachery.
The student : Yes.

The Shaykh: Because he is an individual, it would be a very strong rebuke when they did what they did, and it is certainly blameworthy what they did in seeking assistance.
The student: Yes, indeed, Glory be to Allah!

The Shaykh: Work.
The student: In the name of Allah, "
Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ
[Al-Ma'idah 5:42]
, but: How many of these people do not hold an obvious, open, and loud grudge against Islam and Muslims? They, however many they are, do not constitute a noticeable phenomenon due to the characteristics of disbelieving nations, and the duty of calling them and others to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) remains, along with disavowal of their shirk (associating partners with Allah) and their kufr (disbelief), and not approving of it, but we must know."

The Shaykh: For Muslims in the path of defending themselves and their interests, when they are defending, not when they are attacking. The resident in the land of disbelief migrates to an Islamic land when he finds one, so if it is a serious intention, and if it is off the top of the head, Allah forgives it, because the meaning is: it is not present, when it is present.
The student : Yes.

The Shaykh: Meaning when it exists, and it is not said of something that exists.
The student : Yes, yes.

The Shaykh: So either it is a slip of the tongue, or it is intentional with the mind, in which case he is one of these extremists, these people who say that there is no state!
The student: The way is from here, O Abu Abdullah.

The Shaykh : Yes?
The student: There is no Islamic state.

The Shaykh : Yes.
The student: Now because there is no caliphate!
Another student : My Shaykh, I heard from Khalid al-Albani.

The Shaykh : Yes.
The student: About Salman.

The Shaykh: Islam ruling is not necessary.
The student: Meaning only its individuals rule?

The Shaykh: The people.
The student: Meaning they judge by Islam?

The Shaykh: The people.
The student: Yes.
The student: Their entirety, meaning their environment and their situation.

The Shaykh: Meaning now, without blame, the Muslim people.
The student: The Iraqi and their entirety.

The Shaykh: Mmmmm.
The student: Okay, our Shaykh, if he had said earlier that he is our brother.

The Shaykh: Do you come down here?
