Ruling on a person changing his name to obtain something

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A letter from one of the listening brothers, in which he asks about a situation that occurred. He says: I tried to come to the Kingdom, but I did not succeed except after changing my name to the name of another person, and at that time I obtained the visa; and I came to the Kingdom with this name, and I got married, and Allah blessed me with a child following that arrival. What is the ruling on what I did? Please guide us, may Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
Lying is not permissible, and this action is a form of lying, and assuming another person's identity, and claiming descent from other than one's father is forbidden, and it is one of the major sins. So this action is not permissible for you, and it is not permissible for you to do this action. It is obligatory for you to inform the wife's family of the truth; so that they are on clear knowledge and insight, and that you change what you have of a permit, or residence, or other documents to reflect the truth, and it is not permissible for you to do this action in the future.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the authentic hadith... Umm Kulthum (may Allah be pleased with her) said about the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the authentic hadith:
The liar is not the one who lies to reconcile between people, conveying good and saying goodليس الكذاب الذي يكذب فيصلح بين الناس، فينمي خيرًا، ويقول خيرًا
Someone who makes peace between people by saying something good or relates something good is not a liar.ليس الكذاب الذي يصلح بين الناس، فيقول خيرًا، وينمي خيرًا
Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 385
Then she said: "And I did not know him to permit, or she said: And I did not see him permit anything of lying except in three cases: reconciliation between people, a man's speech to his wife, and a woman's speech to her husband, and in war."
So the point is: that lying is a reprehensible and forbidden act. The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Beware of lying. Lying leads to corruption, and corruption leads to the Fire.إياكم والكذب، فإن الكذب يهدي إلى الفجور، والفجور يهدي إلى النار
Muwatta Malik 56:16
, and your action is not among the three in which the Prophet, may the prayers and peace of Allah be upon him, granted a dispensation. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
