Taking the children from their divorced mother is referred to the court

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
One of the listening brothers says, from Bur Sudan: My wife was divorced more than thirteen years ago. I have two sons and two daughters from her. The court deducts my children's financial maintenance from her. The court also divided my salary equally between me and my children because I am married to another woman and have children from her. My eldest son from her was a male, and he was living with me when she was divorced. I did not let him accompany her so that he would be raised under my care, but she did not leave him alone; she pursued him until she took him. The result was failure in his studies and in work as well. He is now unemployed and is a burden on her. Is it permissible for me to take my children from her? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
This is referred to the court, may Allah bless you. Refer to the court, for there is blessing in it, if Allah wills.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
