What is the ruling on being alone with one's maternal uncle's wife?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A message was received for the program from Jizan, sent by a listener there named Musa Ali Nuhass. He has a number of questions, among which is a question about the maternal uncle's wife: is it permissible for him to be alone with her, or to take her in the car to the hospital or to visit some relatives, for example?

Answer:
The maternal uncle's wife is not a mahram (a relative one may not marry), and likewise the brother's wife and the paternal uncle's wife are not mahrams. The brother is closer, and yet his wife is not a mahram, and the maternal uncle is even more distant. This is a superstition among some of the common people that has no basis. The maternal uncle's wife, the paternal uncle's wife, and the brother's wife are all non-mahrams. It is not permissible for him to be alone with them or to sit with them alone, or to take them in the car alone. All of this is not permissible, for they are not mahrams. The maternal uncle's wife, the brother's wife, and the paternal uncle's wife are not mahrams unless there is a blood relationship or a milk relationship between you and them. Merely being the wife of the maternal uncle, or the wife of the brother or the paternal uncle, does not make her a mahram; rather, she is a non-mahram. You are not allowed to be alone with her, nor are you allowed to travel with her, nor are you allowed to take her in the car alone. It is obligatory to be aware of this matter and to guard against obeying Satan and one's desires. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
