A man is not a mahram to his uncle's wife

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of fatwa number ( 18955 )
Q3: I live with my maternal uncle in Sana'a with his family, and he has no children
(barren) except that my wife does not observe hijab in front of me,
knowing that she raised me and my brother since childhood. Also, I am unable to leave the house and live alone, because if I did so, the salary I receive would not be sufficient for my livelihood alone, let alone for my family. So what is your advice to me in this matter? Please inform me, and may Allah reward you with the best reward.

A3: First: It is obligatory for your uncle's wife to observe hijab in your presence; because you are a non-mahram to her, and the fact that she raised you is not sufficient for you to be a mahram to her, unless she breastfed you five times or more in the first two years of your life - in which case you would be her son through breastfeeding, and she would not have to observe hijab in your presence. Second: You are not required to leave your uncle's house, but you must beware of being alone with his wife; to ward off fitnah (trial, discord or temptation), and to block the means of Shaytan (Satan). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
A man is not to be alone with a woman, for Satan is the third among them.لا يخلون رجل بامرأة، فإن الشيطان ثالثهما
Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 2:94
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
