Question:
Many phrases are repeated. The questioner says that on the tongues of some people, among these sayings, is: "Unlucky fate willed it?"

Answer:
It is not permissible to say: "Fate willed it," nor "The power of Allah willed it," nor "The will of Allah willed it." One should say: "Allah the Exalted willed it," "Allah willed such and such," "My Lord willed such and such," or "The Merciful willed such and such." One should not say: "Fate willed it," or "The will of Allah willed it," or "Circumstances willed it." This is not permissible. Yes.
