What is your opinion if someone relates a dream to me, and I know from his condition that he is not religious or that he has some sins, and I tell him to avoid sins and maintain the prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Our Shaykh, if someone relates a story to us, and I have a background on him that he is not religious and is neglecting the prayer, and I have a background on him that he sometimes lies, so I tell him to avoid lying, maintain the prayer, and maintain obedience to Allah. If I see that his wife is committing a sin or something like that, I tell him to cover her and veil her, meaning to encourage her to maintain the prayer. If he is a pious man with scrupulousness, I tell him to praise Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) for having revealed this vision to him, if it was a vision. So there is something in this.

The Shaykh : There is nothing wrong with it if you did not lead him to believe that this is an interpretation of his dream. But if you took advantage of the occasion for preaching and guidance, there is no objection, just as I did a moment ago. I was presenting things to him.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.
