Encouraging the creation of opportunities for women who call others to Allah

I return once again to the topic of women and calling others to Allah, Shaykh Abdul Aziz. Is there a way that will be realized in the future, or is it currently under consideration, to create opportunities for the woman who calls others to Allah?
Answer: I am not aware of any obstacle to that. When a righteous woman is found for this, she should be supported, employed, and asked to guide women of her own sex, because women are in need of guides from among their own sex. The presence of a woman among women may be more beneficial in conveying the call and conveying the truth than a man. A woman may be shy of a man and may not ask him about her matters. There may be an obstacle to her hearing his words, but with a woman of her own sex, she mixes with her and knows what she has, and she may be more affected by this. We have contracted with many groups of women to work in da'wah. Yes.
