Ruling on repeating the word of divorce three times in one session

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A message was received by the program from the State of Qatar, sent by a listener there, identified as (M. A. L). He says: I inform your Eminence that I used to abandon the prayer, and I married during that period, and my wife bore me children. There were many innumerable problems between us, and I used to tell myself every day that I would divorce my wife, and in my view, she was not the suitable wife. After that, I repented to Allah, praise be to Allah, and I began to pray, but the problems remained between us, and my thinking about divorcing her persisted. After a while, I became extremely angry and said to her: "You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced," like that three times in succession. I am now living in conflict with myself. Is my wife's divorce valid, so I should be patient and look for another wife? Or can I take my wife back, as she is willing to return, but I am afraid of taking her back and falling into the previous problems, if she is lawful for me. If she is not lawful for me, I ask you to inform me, and may Allah reward you with good?
Answer: Consult the court in your country, consult the court in your country, and whatever the court deems sufficient, or consult us, if Allah wills, by correspondence or in person, so that we may look into your matter with the wife and others, because this matter requires care. Either consult the court so they may look into the matter, or consult us and we will look into the matter, if Allah wills. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
