What is the ruling on one who claims to know the conditions of the dead and their fate?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
In her second question, this questioner from Yemen says: Some people claim that they see the dead, where they have ended up, and what their fate is. They inform the deceased's family about the fate of their sons or their deceased relative. They tell them that the dead person says to them: "If you do such and such things, we will remember you." Is this practice valid? And what is your advice, O honorable Shaykh?

Answer:
This is invalid, and these are liars and false messiahs. Whoever claims this is a disbeliever. Whoever claims that he knows the unseen, this is not permissible. This is invalid, and they are not to be believed, may Allah protect us. No one knows the condition of the dead, or their stations with Allah, except Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). However, good is hoped for the believer, and the disbeliever is destined for the Fire. We ask Allah for safety. The believer is attested to with good, and his fate is Paradise. However, reporting their conditions in the barzakh (the interval between death and resurrection), and saying that such and such happened to them, or that their stations in Paradise are such and such, no sane person says this. This is a liar. But the believers are promised Paradise, and their stations in Paradise, and their souls are in Paradise in the form of birds. Their souls become birds in Paradise, as came in the hadith. The martyrs are in the bellies of green birds, they roam in Paradise wherever they wish, then they return to lamps hanging under the Throne. So whoever says that he knows the conditions of the dead, their affairs, and their stations because he sees that, he is a liar and a false messiah. He must be asked to repent, and if he repents, otherwise he is killed. We ask Allah for safety.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
