What is required of a woman who shouted at her child for drinking soda, causing him to choke and die?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The listener (Z. A. S.) from Yemen sent a question, saying: It happened once that a neighbor of mine borrowed a bottle full of soda from me. One day, I needed soda in the same amount that my neighbor had borrowed from me, so I went to her and asked for it. She pointed to a container of soda under her bed and said, “Take from it what you need.” I filled my bottle from that container and returned the container to its place. There was a child sleeping on the bed, and he woke up and drank soda from that container under the bed. His mother saw him and shouted at him in a loud voice. The child became frightened, and the soda went into his nose, causing him to choke and die. His mother claimed that I was the cause of his death. What is the ruling in this matter? Is anything required of me regarding this? Please inform us. May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If the situation is as you described, then nothing is required of you, and nothing is required of her. She shouted at him so that he would be safe, and you have nothing to answer for. Neither of you has anything to answer for, may Allah protect you. Praise be to Allah. Allah is the One to be sought for help.

The presenter: And Allah is the Helper, may Allah reward you with good.
