Is the prayer made up combined and shortened?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The listener (S. F. A.) from Iraq asks and says: I missed the Zuhr and 'Asr prayers. Am I allowed to make them up combined and shortened?

Answer:
This requires a detailed explanation:
If you were traveling and you make them up while traveling, you make them up shortened, two rak'ahs each, if you were traveling. If you left them while traveling and made them up in that same journey, then you make them up shortened. You may combine them, and you may separate them.
As for if you left them while resident or while traveling, and then you came to the place of residence, then you make them up four rak'ahs each, and you do not combine them. Likewise, if you left them while resident and made them up while traveling, or while resident, you make them up four rak'ahs, as Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) has prescribed . You only make them up shortened if you left them while traveling and made them up while traveling. You may also combine them while traveling, if you left them while traveling and made them up while traveling. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
