Ruling on one who forgets multiple times in a single prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This is a questioner for the program. The questioner (A. 'A) from Ha'il has a set of questions, and she wrote these questions in her own style, saying: Your Eminence, if I forget in my prayer twice, is one prostration for forgetfulness sufficient, or is it obligatory for me to repeat the prayer?

Answer:
If a person forgets in the prayer twice or more, one prostration for forgetfulness is sufficient, two prostrations for forgetfulness. So if he forgets and stands up from the first tashahhud in a four-rak'ah or three-rak'ah prayer, or forgets and sits before completing it, or adds a rak'ah, one prostration for forgetfulness, two prostrations for forgetfulness, is sufficient. The forgetfulness does not multiply; two prostrations are sufficient. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you and bless you.
