Does one who forgets the qunut of witr and the recitation aloud prostrate for forgetfulness?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This is a message from the questioner (Y. S. M. N.) from Iraq, Al-Anbar, who says: Is prostration for forgetfulness obligatory when I forget the supplication of witr? And do I perform prostration for forgetfulness when I do not recite aloud in my prayer at a time when reciting aloud is obligatory, and that was due to forgetfulness?

Answer:
It is not obligatory if a person leaves the qunut of witr out of forgetfulness, or does not recite aloud in the prayer where recitation is loud out of forgetfulness; it is not obligatory. However, if he prostrates, there is no harm. Prostrating for leaving a recommended practice is permissible, but it is not obligatory.
